Essential session cookie
When you authenticate, PHP uses a secure session cookie so the website can keep you signed in, bind CSRF protection and protect privileged actions. This is necessary for authenticated functionality and cannot be disabled while using an authenticated portal.
Local preferences
The browser may store non-sensitive preferences such as theme and the privacy-banner choice. These preferences stay in your browser and can be cleared through browser settings.
Optional third-party media
Embedded external media is blocked by default. If you choose “Allow optional media”, your browser may contact the third-party media provider and that provider may receive network/browser information under its own policies.
No advertising profile
Devil-Guard does not require advertising cookies, cross-site advertising identifiers or third-party analytics tracking to provide the protection service.
