Ask whether Devil-Guard holds personal information/personal data about you and request access to information you are legally entitled to receive.
Privacy & data rights
Rights depend on the law that applies to you and the particular processing. Devil-Guard provides a single privacy contact for Australian privacy requests and applicable GDPR requests.
Correction
Ask for inaccurate or incomplete account-linked information to be corrected. Some server observations may be retained as historical observations with a correction note rather than rewritten.
Erasure
Where applicable, ask for personal data to be deleted. Erasure is not absolute; minimum information may remain where another lawful basis or exception applies, including information still required to enforce an active restriction or establish/exercise/defend legal claims.
Restriction or objection
Where GDPR or another applicable law provides it, ask to restrict certain processing or object to processing based on particular legal grounds.
Portability
Where the GDPR portability right applies, request qualifying data you provided in a commonly used machine-readable format.
Automated decisions
Where applicable, ask for information about automated processing and use the available human appeal/council-review process to contest a server restriction.
Privacy complaint
You can complain to Devil-Guard about its handling of your information using the privacy contact. Where applicable, you may also have a right to complain to the OAIC in Australia or to a competent GDPR supervisory authority.

Describe the right you want to exercise and the account/player identity involved. Do not send passwords or personal client tokens. Devil-Guard may request reasonable identity verification before disclosing or altering account-linked information. GDPR requests are generally handled without undue delay and within the applicable statutory period; Australian access/correction requests are handled within the applicable Privacy Act framework where it applies.
